We also reserve the right to ship by FedEx Home Delivery (or FedEx Ground for non-residential addresses), you the customer have the right to choose to upgrade your shipping method during checkout at an additional cost for rushed delivery .

Returns & exchange policy

Please carefully research the vaporizers and accessories you are interested in before purchasing. Due to the nature of our products We suggest you test the device to make sure it works once this item has been used we can not take it back as it poses a health risk.
We do not except returns Or cancelations of orders.   Warranty is on the internal parts of the device only and the time period for the warranty is 30 days from the date of purchase  . We will replace a non functioning item With the same item color of the device may vary . This item but not be altered in any way And is up to our discretion. Our items are rigorously tested to insure a good working quality product

You must have an authorized RA number for all  exchanges. This will ensure proper processing of your item(s). We are not responsible for items sent to us without an RA number.
